Theres a 'chain' going round,
based on the british reality show called "this is your life"
basically, its like they go around looking for celebrities with great accomplishments,
compile a big red book, and bring them on the show where they call in all their accomplishments
and fellow associates and talk.

In this chain, i'm influencing all you peeps,
blog about your life, from the point of time whereby you feel you have started living.

hi, my name is christian and i think since the day i hit Primary 6, my life took off,
it ain't any much different from any other teenager, but yeah, this is my life.

i took an interest in literature and the arts, in general,
photography, dance, singing, instruments. It just came in, you know, naturally,
and thats where i think, for me all began.

Girls, fashion scene, local music scene, the bar scene, EVERYTHING
its just so, oots? hahaha, but that was so superficial,
which ps, i only understood the start of this year.

So true believers, this is me,
throwing away, the old, superficial, "lets pierce my face", me, and entering this new thing,
haha, im tired, and therefore shall continue some other time,
but until next time, This, is my life.

Rev Henry Khoo
Rev Henry Khoo has served in prison ministry for over 38 years. From 1968-1992,
he served as the Principal of the Prison Education Unit, and concurrently
as Associate Prison Chaplain from 1968-1975,
serving alongside his father, Rev Khoo Siaw Hua.
From 1975, he fulfilled the responsibility of Senior Prison Chaplain,
handing over the reins of leadership in 2006.
He was the Founder cum Senior Pastor of Changi Christian Fellowship.
He than serves as Advisor to the Church.
Passed Away on the 21st October.

This is Uncle Henry,
Not to be disrespectful or anything, but he rocked.
And his passing is not anything bad,
cause we all know he dwells happily in heaven.
he changed lives.
Many many lives, or what Uncle Timothy,
his son, would say he would call his "trophies of grace,"
the lives of many prisoners in which he gave his unconditional love as well as great patience to.
In my life, he has always been great,
we didn't really talk much, but he had the million dollar smile,
and like the bubbly presence,
in which comforts anyone who stays within the radius.
Even though he didn't say it, i knew i could approach him with anything.
Listening to the testimonials during the wake, it really,
really just shows me the type of guy i ought to be.
and it all comes back to change.
So Uncle Henry, even when your not around you still influenced me,
and im sure many others to come.
Say hello to God for me.

you are great, as in really really great,
a friend and a daughter likewise,
and you don't need me, or anyone else to tell you that.
and if anyone tells you otherwise, they, well, suck.

He must've been so proud to be your dad,
and he'll always be there for you, no matter what.
so jade, keep your head, and your faith high,
for im sure thats what your father would want.

And hey, even though we fell out recently as close friends,
i'll always be there,
a shoulder, a ear, and you can count on that.

the memories will be ever so dear,

oh wow, high school musical 1 was on again,
surprise surprise, haha, though overrated, its still good.
so the starting song, the 'this is a start of something new" thing,
haha, kinda motivate me, like woah right, christian motivated by HSM1,
and you thought it'd never happen.

so its all over , gone so fast
flew by so quickly, i thought it would last,

its cheesy to quote john mayer,
but we're waitin on the world,
to change to fit our lifestyle
but trust me on this, it never will

so as this year be gones,
i would just love to say,
this year's new years resolution,
is to make a major change.

more God, more Work
more Obedience, Less strange quirks,
more Music, more Practice
more Questions, Less stupid stunts for sure,

Cause maybe i was lucky,
i scored this term,
but how lucky will i be,
the end of next year?

yes, unsure, unsure;
But all that doesn't really matter,
right now at least,
what matters is, we put our minds finally at ease;

but ready though,
cause here we go,
its like entering this brand new road,
who knows what might be,
waiting across the street,
its just time,
